Delete in the app

If Likhtam is installed and you can sign in, this is the fastest way:

1. Open Likhtam and sign in.
2. Tap your profile avatar (top of the app) to open Edit Profile.
3. Scroll to the Danger Zone at the bottom.
4. Tap Delete under "Delete My Account".
5. Enter your account password to confirm, then tap Confirm Delete.

Signed in with Google and never set a password? The same Edit Profile screen has a Set a Password option right above the Danger Zone — set one first, then come back and delete your account the same way.

Deletion is immediate: you're signed out and your account is removed right away.

Don't have the app installed?

You can request deletion without opening Likhtam at all. Email support@likhtam.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my Likhtam account". We'll verify it's really you and confirm by email once it's done.

If deletion is blocked

If you're the owner of a company with another teammate still assigned to it, the app won't let you delete your account yet — doing so would also delete that company's data out from under your teammate. Remove them from the company first (Settings > Team), then delete your account. If you email us instead, let us know and we'll walk you through it.

What gets deleted

• Your login (email/password or Google sign-in) and profile — name, email, phone.
• Any company you solely own, with no other teammates in it — every invoice, party, product, expense, manufacturing record and journal entry in it, on your device and in our cloud.

What we keep, and why

• If you were an assigned teammate (not owner) on someone else's company, that company's data is notdeleted — it stays intact for its owner. Only your own login and the "created by" attribution on records you personally entered there is removed.
• We may retain minimal records for a limited period after deletion where needed for fraud prevention, security, or legal/tax compliance — consistent with our privacy policy.

How long it takes

In-app deletion is immediate. Email requests are verified and completed within 5 business days — we'll confirm by email once it's done.
